eligibility
you may request a refund for your ticket purchase under the following conditions:
- the request is made at least 48 hours before the event start time
- the ticket has not been used or transferred
- the event has not been cancelled (automatic refunds apply for cancelled events)
how to request a refund
- sign in to your account
- go to "my bookings"
- find the booking you want to refund
- click "request refund" and provide a reason
- our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
refund processing
once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- credit/debit card: 5-10 business days
- the refund will be credited to the original payment method
- you will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
cancelled events
if an event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund within 5-10 business days. no action is required on your part.
non-refundable situations
refunds are not available in the following cases:
- requests made less than 48 hours before the event
- tickets that have already been used
- tickets that have been transferred to another person
- failure to attend the event (no-shows)
