refund policy

eligibility

you may request a refund for your ticket purchase under the following conditions:

  • the request is made at least 48 hours before the event start time
  • the ticket has not been used or transferred
  • the event has not been cancelled (automatic refunds apply for cancelled events)

how to request a refund

  1. sign in to your account
  2. go to "my bookings"
  3. find the booking you want to refund
  4. click "request refund" and provide a reason
  5. our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

refund processing

once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • credit/debit card: 5-10 business days
  • the refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • you will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

cancelled events

if an event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund within 5-10 business days. no action is required on your part.

non-refundable situations

refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • requests made less than 48 hours before the event
  • tickets that have already been used
  • tickets that have been transferred to another person
  • failure to attend the event (no-shows)
