How do I purchase tickets?
Browse our events, select the one you want to attend, choose the number of tickets, and complete the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email with your tickets.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?
Yes, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event. Go to My Bookings, find your booking, and click "Request Refund". Our team will process your request within 2-3 business days.
How do I transfer a ticket to someone else?
Go to My Bookings, find the ticket you want to transfer, and click "Transfer". Enter the recipient's email address, and they will receive instructions to claim the ticket.
Where can I find my tickets?
Your tickets are available in the My Bookings section after you sign in. You can also download them as a PDF or find them in the confirmation email we sent you.
What should I bring to the event?
Bring your digital ticket (on your phone) or a printed copy. Some events may also require a valid ID for entry.
The event was cancelled. What happens now?
If an event is cancelled, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
